Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to orixaventra.top AS for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Termination

• Fraudulent or harmful activity
• Non-payment of fees

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms or any service agreement due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, government actions, or technical failures.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable service agreements, privacy policy, and other legal notices published on orixaventra.top, constitute the entire agreement between you and orixaventra.top AS concerning the use of our website and services.
